Sadness can be a devastating emotion to overcome. It can affect all ages. This upbeat pop song gives hope that after darkness comes the light. For Christians that hope comes through faith in Jesus Christ, the Light of the world. He is our hope in this world, with the promise of eternal life, love and fellowship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. This same hope and promise is for all who seek His mercy, grace and forgiveness. The Lord promises the day is coming when all tears will be wiped from our eyes. Crying will be a thing of the past (Rev. 21:4).
